How to purchase a season ticket

You can purchase your season ticket in the following ways:

In Quaker Retail - Open 10am to 1pm (Monday to Friday in the Dolphin Centre)

On Matchdays - Visit the Quaker retail table in the main bar before or after the game

By bank transfer – Download a Season Ticket application form by clicking here, complete fully and return to the Club via email to seasontickets@darlingtonfc.org. Bank payment details can be found at bottom of the form.

By post – Download the form by clicking here, print and post to address on form (cheque payment only)

Note: There are mandatory sections to complete on each Season Ticket application form. We will help you complete all sections in whatever format you decide to purchase your Season Ticket.

What are the Quaker Retail opening hours for season ticket purchases?

Monday to Friday 10am – 1pm. Quaker Retail is located just inside the entrance to the Dolphin Centre.

Season ticket collection

Season Ticket cards will be available for collection in pre-season and before our opening home game of the season. We hope to organise an open training session / meet the players event at which Season Tickets will be available for collection.

Which season ticket category do I qualify for?

Adults - 16‐61 on 1st September 2018

Senior Concession - 62 or over on 1st September 2018

Concessions - Student / Forces / Registered Disabled

Junior - Under 16 on 1st September 2018

Child - Under 11 on 1st September 2018 (valid only when purchased with Adult / Concession)

How long does the early bird promotion period run for?

The Early Bird Promotion Period runs from 1st March to April 30th.

Why is the cost of my early bird season ticket slightly more than I paid last year?

The Early Bird season tickets launched in 2017 were based on ground admission prices of £12 for adults & £8 for concessions & £5 for U16’s. For the 2017/18 season admission prices were raised by £2 for adults & seniors. This year’s Early Bird season tickets reflect that whilst attempting to strike the right balance between offering good value to our fans and also generating sufficient revenue to support Tommy Wright in putting a competitive team on the pitch for next season.

Last season an early bird adult standing ticket got you 3.5 games free (based on £12 admission price at the time) – this season you get 5.21 games free. There have been some price rises in the concession season ticket prices to bring consistency across price categories and ensuring a fair discount to all groups.

The biggest change in our pricing for next season is U11s get free entry to all our games next season when accompanied by an adult. This is an extension from free entry for U5s this season. Please note a seated season ticket for any fan under 16 is subject to a charge of £20.

Seated Season Ticket: Your Reserved Seat – the details

Until June 1st, all current seated season ticket holders can rest assured their existing seat will remain reserved. After that date, however, the seat will become available for anyone to buy or move to if they’ve already purchased a season ticket and want to swap the seat they were allocated.

If you would like to move seats or are purchasing a seated season ticket for the first time we will do our best to accommodate your presences if you have a specific row/block you want to be seated in or a family/friendship group you’d like to sit with. Do I have to purchase an Adult/Concession Season Ticket in order to obtain an U11 Season Ticket?

Yes – It is Darlington Football Club’s Policy that ALL junior supporters under 11 are accompanied to the game by an adult/senior/concession.

Do I need to provide proof of my date of birth when applying for a concessionary Season Ticket?

Darlington Football Club offers the following Concessionary Season Tickets

Senior Concession - 62 or over on 1st September 2018

Concessions - Student / Forces / Registered Disabled

Junior - Under 16 on 1st September 2018

Child - Under 11 on 1st September 2018 (valid only when purchased with Adult / Concession)

Note – All applicants need to provide proof of age. We will contact you for ID if purchasing online.

Why is the Senior Concession age 62+?

The age for seniors was raised to 62 last season (born before September 1, 1956) to help the club fall in-line with changes within the community. It is Darlington FC policy to gradually raise the age of a Senior Concession so it falls in line with the State Pension age (66 in 2020).

However, special arrangements have been made for existing season tickets holders to qualify if born before September 1, 1958 as they would have been disadvantaged by the changes over the last couple of years.

I am a 500 Club member; Do I need to complete a season ticket application form?

No – your 500 Club membership will be valid for next season.

I am a 500 Club member; I’d still like to support the club financially next season?

What is an ambassador voucher?

Ambassador vouchers are a benefit associated with Adult / Senior / Student Early Bird season tickets only. They entitle a season ticket holder to purchase 2 standing match tickets at half the standard admission price. Purchases must be made in advance via our online ticketing platform. Please email seasontickets@darlintonfc.org for further details.

Hospitality Season Tickets

Supporters can also purchase a Hospitality Season Ticket. We have two packages available: A full season Hospitality Season Ticket or a ‘Any 10’ ten game package. ‘Any 10’ allows ticket holders to choose which games to experience via hospitality, subject to availability and advance booking.

What proof do I need to provide for a supporter who has a disability?

Darlington Football Club reserves the rights to request ‘proof of disability’ prior to issuing a ticket or membership. Such proof should include photographic evidence of the person applying for a season ticket and also a letter from the DLA confirming receipt of middle or higher rate Disability Living Allowance.

A receipt of an orange/blue badge will not be considered sufficient proof of disability.

If a Carer is required, the Club will provide a complimentary ticket on each matchday for the carer in attendance.

Car Parking

For Season 2018/19 you will be able to park your car at Blackwell Meadows.

We will be selling Car Parking season passes in the close season and will notify all season ticket holders when passes go on sale.

Credit / Debit Card payment

At this time the club isn’t accepting payment via Credit or Debit card in Quaker Retail due to additional card charges the football club incurs.
