Akwasi Asante leaves the club

Quakers would like to announce that striker Akwasi Asante has had his contract cancelled by mutual agreement.
Akwasi signed for us in November last season when Josh Gowling was manager, and went on to make nine appearances for us. Unfortunately, his appearances for us have been limited because of injuries.
After talks between the club and the player, both parties have agreed to cancel Akwasi's contract subject to FA and National League approval.
We would like to thank Akwasi for his service with us, and wish him all the best in the future.
