Quakers have been drawn away to Northern League club Billingham Town in the preliminary round of the Durham Challenge Cup, to be played on or before Saturday 19th September.

In the past, the competition has been an invaluable experience for Quakers’ youngsters, and it will certainly be the case against the Northern League second division club.

The full draw is; Jarrow FC v Dunston UTS, Horden CW v Wolviston FC, Darlington RA v Hartlepool United, Tow Law v Gateshead Leam Rangers, Sunderland West End v Birtley Town, Billingham Town v Darlington, South Shields v Crook Town, Bishop Auckland v Esh Winning, Ashbrooke Belford House v Chester-Le-Street, Ryhope CW v Silksworth CW, Stockton Town v Annfield Plain, Ryton & Crawcrook v Seaham Red Star, Boldon CA v Murton AFC.
