Darlington under 11 were again in league action away to Trimdon on what was a heavy difficult pitch.

Darlington lined up with Connor Peatin in goal, a back 3 of Oli Clark, Darren Waites and Josh Gibson. In the middle Darlington started with Jack Clarkson, Alex O'Hagan and Callum Campbell with Benjy Keating started up front and Harry Dixon playing off him. Darlington started well and began to control the midfield with Alex O'Hagan looking to play through balls for Benjy Keating and Harry to run onto. Darlington were solid at the back and all 3 were playing the ball out of defence well.

The deadlock was broken on the 15 minute mark when Alex O'Hagan played a ball between the defenders for Harry Dixon to run onto and finish smartly into the bottom corner from just inside the box. This was soon followed by a second from Jack Clarkson who finished well following a goal mouth scramble where Trimdon just couldn't clear the ball. The half finished well for Datlington as Benjy Keating ran onto a ball played into the left channel, went past the defender cut inside and thumped the ball into the far bottom corner. Trimdon also had a rewarding spell of pressure on the Darlington goal.

The second half saw Jo Crompton, Callum Moncur and Chris Walters come on. All made immediate impact as Darlington controlled possession and were dangerous on the break. Harry Dixon finished a good move by following the cross and scoring from a few yards out. Benjy Keating then got his second after beating the defender on the right of the box and finishing into the far corner. Alex O'Hagan came back on as a striker and rounded the keeper to slot the ball home. Trimdon weren’t out of the game by any means and caused Darlington a lot of problems.

Jack Clarkson stole the ball from the defenders, ran through and finished well passing the on rushing keeper for another goal.
