Local charity needs support

Local Mind. Local support. Local people.
Darlington Mind is a local, independent mental health charity (charity no. 1093140), supporting individuals and families across Darlington, County Durham, Hambleton and Richmondshire.
While part of the nationwide Mind federation, Darlington Mind is a separate charity. It raises its own funds, develops services around local needs and works closely with communities, businesses and partners to reduce stigma, tackle isolation and improve mental health and wellbeing.
From counselling and recovery programmes to peer support, group activities and workplace wellbeing, Darlington Mind is here to support local people, in local communities.
Through its partnership with Darlington FC as part of the #YouAreEnough campaign, Darlington Mind is also helping to make conversations about mental health more open and accessible. The campaign reminds people that it is ok to talk, ok to ask for help and, most importantly:
You are enough. You matter. Your mental health matters.
