Collection for King's Foodbank this Saturday

Annual Kings Church foodbank collection at Oxford City match

We will be holding our annual Kings Church foodbank collection at our home game this Saturday against Oxford City.

The food store at King's Church, is a community wide project which began in February 2012. It aims to serve people around us by providing emergency food resources for people in the Darlington Borough. King's Foodbank is a place where anyone, in times of hardship, can come and receive an emergency bag of food and ongoing support until they are back on their feet.

You can read more about King's here:

The cost of living crisis continues to bite as well all know, so we are asking for donations for King's Church. Any food would be greatly appreciated, but in particular, they are short of:
UHT Milk
Packet Smash
Selection boxes
Christmas Socks & hats etc.

If you would like to donate to King's Foodbank, then please bring your donation along to our home game against Oxford this Saturday. There will be drop off points at the home turnstiles.

Many thanks for your help
