The club has agreed for Northumbria Blood Bikes to carry out a collection at our home game against King's Lynn on Saturday.

Volunteers from Darlington Lions Club will be wearing yellow tabards and collecting from fans.

They are collecting for Northumbria Blood Bikes which is a registered charity, established by local volunteers to deliver essential blood and urgent medical supplies between hospitals and other healthcare sites in North East England.

They also deliver blood daily to the North East Ambulance Service

In critical situations, blood or other medical items need to be delivered urgently in order to save a patient’s life.

It could be your life or one of your family’s.
