πŸ”₯ Match Preview

The Quakers are looking for their fourth straight win when they welcome Kidderminster Harriers to Blackwell Meadows on Tuesday night. If they win, they will go third in the table.

Darlo come into this game after a 1-0 win against a battling Peterborough Sports team, where right before the half, Tom Platt scored a brilliant volley.

Quakers will also be looking for their fourth successive clean sheet.

At Blackwell Meadows this season, the Quakers have been a strong team with nine wins and five draws in 19 games with 38 goals scored and 25 conceded for a total of 32 points, which puts them 6th in the home form table.

Darlington’s opponents, Kidderminster, have been a consistently solid side and are third in the league with 18 wins and 13 draws in 38 games played.

The Harriers come into this game after playing Radcliffe away, but the game was abandoned after injuries to two Kidderminster players, Christian Dibble and Joe Foulkes.

When playing away from home, Kidderminster have done well with seven wins and six draws in 18 games with 21 goals scored and 21 conceded, which has gained them 27 points.

The last time the two teams met was back in November, when, after a goal before the half from Aidan Rutledge put the Quakers 1-0 up, Kidderminster equalised in the second half. In almost the last kick of the game, Matty Cornish scored the winner for Quakers. The last time the two teams met at Blackwell Meadows was in August 2024, when Kidderminster walked away 2-1 winners, with Darlington’s only goal scorer being Will Hatfield.

πŸ“°TEAM NEWS

Will Hatfield is out for the season with a cruciate ligament injury.

Ellis Stanton, Alfie Myers-Smith, Ethan Fitzhugh and Max Howells are all out, although Howells is back in training.

Elliot Forbes and Tom Allan will have fitness tests

πŸ‘€ Player Spotlight

Reece Devine has been a standout in both attack and defence with the left back having scored seven times this season and having four assists. He scored two goals in February against Marine. He did not feature in the reverse fixture, when Darlington ran out 2-1 winners.

Ryley Reynolds has been a key man in the middle for Kiddy, who looks to take on his man and get forward. The youngster on loan from Notts County scored their only goal in the reverse fixture
