Despite briefly losing top spot for 24 hours, Salford City stay top of the table with two wins of their own this week. At the weekend they won 3-0 at Ossett Town. All the goals coming in the second half, through Daniel Webber, Jason Harrett and Grant Spencer.
On Tuesday they left it late, but were able to come away from Prescot Cables with a 1-0 victory. Gareth Seddon scored the only goal of the game in the 89th minute. They remain three points clear at the top of the table, having played a game more than both Darlington and Northwich Victoria.

They followed this up with another 2-0 win, this time at Clitheroe on Tuesday night. Stephenson opened the scoring with Nathan Fisher getting the other.
Mossley also picked up back-to-back victories to move up to sixth. At the weekend they won 2-0 at Radcliffe Borough. Matthew Purcell opened the scoring early on, with John Bennett doubling the lead in the second half.
Mossley also won on Tuesday against Farsley, who are now slipping away from the play-off places. Farsley took the lead through Aiden Savory on the stroke of half-time. However, a penalty from Porya Ahmadi and a goal from Thomas Pratt earned Mossley the win, 2-1.
