The film story of Paul Hodgson, a lifelong Darlington fan -- Give Them Wings -- has been accepted for the prestigious Venice Film Festival later in the year.
The Venice Film Festival is one of the premier events in the arts calendar, and if the film is nominated, would be a great achievement.
