Long serving fan passes away
The club is sad to learn about the death of long serving Gordon Brodie at the age of 69.
Gordon had been a regular fan since 1989 in our Conference days and had enjoyed all the highs and lows since then.
His son, Simon, said; “The non league years reignited his love of football, which became a family event with his son and eldest grandson (who was the mascot in our first home Northern League game in 2012). His last match v Chester was also his youngest grandson’s first, something which the family will hold dearly. He’ll be missed on the Tin Shed.”
Our condolences go to his family and friends.
