Darlington have today signed defender Jake Lawlor on a contract for the rest of the season, subject to EFL ratification.

Jake spent two months on loan with us from Hartlepool, starting nine matches before he returned to Hartlepool last week following the end of his loan spell.

Earlier this week, Jake left Hartlepool by mutual consent, and now he has agreed terms with us for the rest of this season.

Manager Alun Armstrong said; “Jake played well for us in his loan spell, and we jumped at the chance to sign him when he was freed by Hartlepool.”
