Jordan Nicholson released by mutual agreement

Top scorer leaves the club
Darlington striker Jordan Nicholson has today been released by mutual agreement.
Jordan was our top scorer last season with 11 goals in 43 appearances, including a contender for the Goal of the Season.
Manager Alun Armstrong said, "Jordan asked to leave because he didn't want to do the travelling. He was in touch with me as soon as I started the job."
We would like to thank Jordan for his service, and wish him all the best for the future.
