Young fullback joins the Quakers
Darlington are delighted to announce the signing of Logan Pye on a short-term deal with the club, subject to National League and FA clearance.
Logan, 22, is a left-back who began his career in the Sunderland academy before moving to Manchester United in 2020, where he would spend three years at the Red Devils, featuring in youth sides that won the 2022 FA Youth Cup along with the likes of Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho.
In 2023, Logan would move to Burnley, where he would feature mainly for the U21S side before signing a new deal with The Clarets in 2025 and spending the start of the 2025/26 season on loan at Accrington Stanley in League Two, where he made his debut away at Crewe Alexandra. Logan would be recalled in February after making eight appearances and would be released from his contract at Burnley at the end of last season.
The club is thrilled to have Logan with us and can’t wait to see him in action for the Quakers.
