Darlington F.C Women are delighted to announce the signing of Louise Muncaster for the 2026/27 season. 

 

Louise is the Quaker Womens third summer signing having spent last season playing for Dunston Women and helping them win the Northumberland Regional League Division 2, that being her first season in senior womens football. 

 

Louise spent some time in the Durham RTC youth set up, as well as playing for Boldon all-stars and Chester Le Street United. She played the last two seasons for Park View Academy whilst attending college and we are delighted to welcome her to Darlo. 

 

Louise had the following to say after signing for the Quaker Women: “I am really looking forward to a new challenge at Darlington. All of the coaches and all the girls have been so welcoming and I can't wait to work with them and see what we can achieve this season.”

 

Manager Shaun Mackenzie on the signing: "We're really happy to bring Louise into the squad. She possesses excellent technical ability and has bags of potential. She is a good athlete, gets about the pitch well and also has the vision and ability to pick out key passes and open up defences. We wish Louise all the best in her time with us."
