We made it back-to-back wins with a 1-0 success at home to Boston United. The victory thanks to an early own goal moved us up to 13th in the league table.
With several sides still in the FA Cup only a further four games took place on Saturday.
Kidderminster Harriers missed the chance to close the gap on leaders Chorley after they were shocked at home by FC United of Manchester. Ed Williams gave Harriers an early lead, but a first half double from Jack Banister turned the game around. FC United of Manchester were able to hold on for the 2-1 victory which saw them move off the bottom the table.
Brackley Town beat ten man Spennymoor 4-1 to move up to fifth as the Brewers missed the change to go second. Mark Anderson gave Spenny the lead after just eleven minutes, before Connor Hall levelled three minutes later. Spennymoor were then reduced to ten men and Brackley took advantage after the break. James Armson scored twice along with another strike from Daniel Nti.
Bradford Park Avenue moved up to third after they thumped struggling Nuneaton. Jake Beesley scored a brace, with Conor Branson, Nicholas Wroe, Jamie Spence and Alex Hurst all also grabbing goals in a 6-0 victory.
Curzon Ashton moved into top ten after a 2-1 win over Telford United. Ryan Brooke gave the Nash an early lead before Andre Brown drew Telford level on the hour mark. However, it was Curzon Ashton won picked up all the points thanks to a goal from Cam McJannet.
