To be held at Blackwell Meadows
The formal Annual General Meeting of Darlington 1883 Limited will be held at Blackwell Meadows on Friday 22nd May 2026 at 6.30pm.
Invitations have been sent out to company shareholders, and the business to be conducted will be the laying of the accounts for the period ending 30 June 2025, the re-election of directors, and the granting of approval to issue new shares in certain limited circumstances.
