Phil Turnbull[/caption]Midfielder Phil Turnbull will be ruled out of Saturday’s home game with Buxton after suffering a broken jaw.
Turnbull needed hospital treatment last weekend following an incident in his home town of South Shields when he was out with his wife and family.
MG said; ““Phil was assaulted away from football last weekend for no reason at all while he was having a night out with his friends and family. The incident was through no fault of his own, and the matter is now in the hands of the police.
“Phil has the full backing of the club.”
