Virgin Trains host pop up shops on the last weekend of every month, at which travellers and members of the public are invited to attend
Several volunteers helped man the Darlington FC stall (there were about a dozen stalls in total), sell merchandise and hand out leaflets. Overall, it was a very good exercise in displaying the club's profile, especially as we are building up to our return to the town.
The next pop up shop is scheduled for 23rd September -- pop along if you like! You don't need to be travelling on a train to attend the Virgin pop up shops.
