Quakers sign Caden Kelly from Sunderland

Midfielder arrives on loan
Darlington have today signed 20 year old midfielder Caden Kelly on loan from Sunderland.
Caden started his career in the academy at Manchester City, but then moved to Sunderland and made his debut for them against Manchester United in the EFL Trophy in November 2021.
He also played for Sunderland in the Carabao Cup against Sheffield Wednesday in 2022 and has also been on the bench for the first team on several occasions.
He has also been a regular in the club's Under 21 side in the last two seasons.
We would like to wish Caden every success while he is with us -- he is on loan until 17th November. We would also like to thank Sunderland for their help with the loan.
