Darlington have today signed goalkeeper Peter Jameson for the fourth time.

Following Rory Watson's concussion injury on Friday which rules him out of at least Monday's game at South Shields, Quakers were granted permission by the league over the weekend to sign an emergency keeper until Rory is fit again.

After assessing several possibilities, Gateshead very kindly offered us Pete, who has recovered from a recent injury.

The paperwork was rushed through, and Pete has now been given clearance by the National League and FA to play for us while Rory is sidelined.
