Quakers to play in yellow and blue strip on Saturday

DFC shows its support for Ukraine
At last Saturday's home win over Chorley, several fans suggested that we should wear our third strip -- yellow shirts and blue shorts -- for our home game against Blyth this Saturday in support of the country of Ukraine, whose national colours are the same.
We approached the National League and our opponents, who swiftly agreed to the idea -- we would like to thank them for supporting it.
The invasion of Ukraine has led to a huge outpouring of support for the people of Ukraine from all around the world, and in our own small way, we would also like to give our backing.
We intend to hold a bucket collection on Saturday, the proceeds of which will go to a refugee charity, and we also encourage our fans to wear their yellow DFC shirts in support of Ukraine for the game.
And if you know any Ukrainian people in the town, why not invite them along to the game?
