July date against the Steelmen
Darlington have arranged to play NPL Premier Division side Redcar Athletic in a pre season friendly on Saturday 11th July, kick off 3pm.
Redcar clinched their second successive promotion when they won the NPL First Division East by a massive 17 points in season 2025-26, which means that they will be playing at a level below us.
They will include former Darlington skipper Kevin Burgess, who will always be remembered for his whole-hearted commitment.
Quakers will be announcing more friendlies in due course.
