About NXTGEN Coaching

NXTGEN Coaching provides professional football coaching for children aged 5–12, with sessions designed to help young players develop their football skills, confidence and understanding of the game.

Their coaching programme focuses on technical development, decision-making, game intelligence and football fundamentals, rather than simply activity-based sessions.

NXTGEN offers two age-specific programmes:

⚽ Juniors – Ages 5–8
Fun-based skill development, ball mastery, coordination and confidence building.

⚽ Development – Ages 9–12
Technical development, decision-making under pressure, game intelligence and positional awareness.

Sessions are open to boys and girls of all abilities, providing a positive and welcoming environment where young players can learn, develop and enjoy their football. NXTGEN currently delivers sessions across the North East, including Darlington, Washington, Hartlepool and Billingham.
