Covers do their job
The pitch covers have been removed this morning, and they did their job overnight -- they kept the shaded part of the seated stand and the goalmouths free from frost.
Club officials say that the pitch is definitely playable -- an overnight light frost is slowly melting -- so the match is all set for later this afternoon at 3pm.
We'd like to thank the volunteers who came along on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning to help with the covers.
