Darlington skipper David Wheater chats about the first week of pre-season training, the new signings and Tuesday night's Newton Aycliffe friendly in this interview with the official website.

Tuesday night's game at Moore Lane kicks off at 7.30pm, and manager Alun Armstrong will be sending a strong squad for the game against Aycliffe, who are managed by former Darlington player and assistant manager Brian Atkinson. This will be the first opportunity for the fans to meet new signings Jacob Hazel, Jassem Sukar and Marcus Maddison.

There will also be a collection for former Darlington player Gary Pearson, who sadly died at the age of 45 last week.

Admission prices for the game are £7 adults and £5 concessions.
