The sale of tickets for our sportsmen's dinner on Thursday February 18th have gone well to corporate sponsors, and there are still some left.

The dinner has the potential to be a major fundraiser for the club, and it is very important that we sell as many tickets as possible. The speaker, Steve Kindon, is rated as one of the very best on the circuit. Several of us involved with the club have had the pleasure of attending a dinner with Steve as the guest speaker, and we can definitely recommend him.

There will also be a comedian, Mick Munro, who is one of the best locally.

As well as a three course meal, there will be a cash draw, heads and tails, Irish bingo, auction and a raffle.

Tickets are £30, and are available from Quaker Retail on Wednesday between 10am and 1pm.
