Academy wins first league game of the season

Good away win
Our Academy team got off to a great start in the National League Academy Division I by winning their first game of the season by 5-2 at Stocksbridge on Wednesday.
It's a great start for the new academy lead coach, Jarrett Rivers, who took over during the summer, with Ben Holden also giving him assistance, and has worked very hard to put together a team to be proud of.
Byron Dagnall scored a hat trick, with Kieran Marsden and Harry Hodgson getting the others.
We're sure that everyone will give Jarrett and Ben their every support -- especially this Monday night when Quakers play South Shields at Northallerton, kick off 7pm, in the FA Youth Cup.
