All shareholders of the Company have been contacted and invited to attend the AGM. Entrance to the meeting itself is being controlled by the issue (in advance) of Admission Cards to any shareholders advising that they, or their proxy, plan to attend.

For the avoidance of any doubt, please note that any fans who have invested solely in membership of either Darlington Football Club CIC or the Supporters Club are not entitled to attend the AGM – a representative from those supporter groups will be attending on their behalf.

For non-shareholding fans, a copy of the letter to shareholders, the Notice of the Meeting, the Admission & Proxy Reply Form and the Annual Review and Accounts are included with this release and available to download for your information.

The Club can also confirm that its next Fans’ Forum will be held on Wednesday 17 December 2014 at Blackwell Meadows starting at 6:30pm (doors opening from 6:00pm). This event will review the matters discussed with shareholders at the AGM and also have representation from the coaching and playing staff.

Entrance to the Fans’ Forum is free to all fans, however a donation box will be available at the entrance with all funds received being invested directly into the Club.
