ALL Early Bird Season Ticket applications must be received, and fully paid for, BEFORE Friday 24 April 2015 to be eligible for the early Bird incentives.

Seated Tickets - IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS

Whilst the Directors remain optimistic that the Club will be playing its home matches at Blackwell Meadows from the start of next season, clearly there remains an element of uncertainty that needs to be planned for.

The success of the DFC500 and Vice-Presidents’ Club initiatives has resulted in more than half of the minimum number of seats required to satisfy FA Ground Grading Category C being pre-sold. The number of available Early Bird seated season tickets has therefore been restricted to ensure that all fans will get what they pay for.

Should the development at Blackwell Meadows allow the Club to make more seats available at some point during the course of the season, the additional seats will be offered, at a suitably priced increment, to Early Bird standing season ticket holders BEFORE being offered to all fans.

The Club will announce when the limited number of Early Bird seated season tickets have been fully allotted, and all unsuccessful Early Bird applicants for seated accommodation will be informed and offered the chance for either (i) a full refund or (ii) a partial refund to the appropriate standing price.

As a result of this, the following transitional procedures are to be adopted:

For any home league matches held at Heritage Park:

• DFC500 and Vice-Presidents’ Club members, Early Bird seated season ticket holders and other qualifying holders (i.e. previously given in return for equity investment) will be allocated seating within the main stand at Heritage Park
• Any spare seats on match days will be allocated on a first come, first served basis only
• Further information on specific seating allocations will be given in forthcoming months as clarity over the timing of the move to Blackwell Meadows emerges, and any transitional plans at Heritage Park need to be implemented

For home league matches held at Blackwell Meadows:

• DFC500 and Vice-Presidents’ Club members, Early Bird seated season ticket holders and other qualifying holders (i.e. previously given in return for equity investment) will be entitled to seating within the seated areas at Blackwell Meadows
• Any spare seats on match days will be allocated on a first come, first served basis
• Further information on specific seating allocation will be given in forthcoming months as clarity over the timing of the move to Blackwell Meadows emerges
• If the Blackwell Meadows development allows the Club to allocate further seated tickets at some point during the season, the additional seats will be offered, at a suitably priced increment, to Early Bird standing season ticket holders BEFORE being offered to all fans

Car Park Season Tickets

Due to the transitional arrangements, car park season tickets will not be available for any home league matches held at Heritage Park for the 2015-16 season.

Match day car park pricing, and the ability to acquire car park season tickets, at Blackwell Meadows will be announced as progress on development of the site is made.

Programme Subscription

Our 52 page award-winning programme ‘The Quaker’ will again have a cover price of £2.50 next season. Due to continued popular demand, we have also been able to offer an away programme subscription again this season.

• Home game programme subscription: £75

Pre-Order Replica Kit

As you will be aware, the Club has changed its home kit design for the 2015-16 season based on the fans’ choice. It is again expected that the first batch of kit to be delivered in June. Shirts are available in adult sizes XS-2XL and in child sizes aged 5-6 to 11-12.

Fans also have the opportunity to arrange for their shirt to be delivered on arrival from Avec by paying a £2.50 supplement to cover postage and administration costs.

How To Pay For Your ‘Early Bird’ Season Ticket

You can pay for your Early Bird Season Ticket by cash, cheque or BACS.

We are currently unable to accept debit/credit card payments for season ticket sales at this time. We continue to look at alternative possibilities to help fans spread their payments over an affordable period – for the time being however we are limited to cash, cheque or BACS payment methods only.
