Black Cats again give Quakers their support in special fund raising fixture; York City also visiting

Quakers will host the Black Cats on Thursday 9 July, KO 7.45pm at Heritage Park.
Sunderland AFC is yet again lending its support to the football club and the game will help to raise vital funds to support our return home to Blackwell Meadows.
Manager Martin Gray is thrilled that Sunderland have committed to bring their first team to play the Quakers and he said: “It is a fantastic show of support from Sunderland and a real coup for us to welcome them in what will be the opening game of their pre-season. It will provide a rare opportunity for our players to play against Premier League opposition as we ourselves prepare for a very important season ahead in the NPL Premier Division. I thank everyone at Sunderland AFC for helping to make this fixture happen.”
As this game is a fundraising fixture to kick start the new season for both clubs, ticket prices are one-off - Adult tickets being priced at £12 and Concessions (under 16s and over 60s), just £6. Ticket purchase information will be announced in due course. As the capacity at Heritage Park is just over 2,000, ticket availability for this game will be limited.

We are also delighted to announce a pre-season fixture against York City at Heritage Park on Tuesday 14th July, KO 7.00pm. Admission prices for this game will be Adults £10, Concessions £6 and children under 16 years, free.
