We’d like to give you an update on the position of the Community Share offer which we recently re-opened in order to collect the remaining £2,500 needed to hit the £100,000 target.

The good news is that there has been a great response and we’ve easily collected the additional funds required. Thank you. In fact the response has been so great that we’ve been looking at ways in which we can retain the additional funds raised over £100,000.

We’re pleased to report that a number of generous investors have agreed to convert their Community Shares into a donation meaning that those share can be made available to others and we still retain all of the proceeds which will be used for the development of Blackwell Meadows.

The offer is now officially closed for new pledges, however if you've pledged but have not been able to pay yet we can accept payments until midnight on Friday 12th August, after that date all remaining unpaid pledges will be cancelled. Share certificates are in the process of being produced and will be ready for collection within a maximum of 30 days.
