πŸ”₯ Match Preview

Darlington look to return to winning ways as they welcome Rushall Olympic to Blackwell Meadows.

The Quakers come into the game after travelling to Alfreton, where both teams left with a point thanks to a late goal by Matty Cornish to make sure Darlo didn’t go home emptyhanded.

This is also the first game back at Blackwell Meadows after two away games and Darlo will look to continue their strong home form where they have only lost three in their 18 home games this season.

At home, The Quakers find themselves 10th in the league for home form with nine wins and six draws in 18 games with 26 goals scored and 18 goals conceded.

In their last four home games, Darlo have won three and will want to make it four home wins in five this Saturday.

Rushall haven’t had their best season, finding themselves 23rd in the table with 30 points won in 39 games played.

When on the road, The Pics have won three games all season and haven’t won away since the 4th of January.

The teams met earlier in the season in a 1-1 draw when a goal from Andrew Nelson wasn’t enough for The Quakers.

πŸ‘€ Player Spotlight

Rushall recently signed Seb Thompson on loan from Kidderminster Harriers. He has featured four times so far and scored twice, really improving a side that has needed that spark up front this season.

They have had many players in and out of their squad, but left-back Jaden Charles has impressed for the Midlands club. In his 15 games this season, he has scored twice from fullback.
