Quakers won the first corner on 3 minutes following a good run by Charlie Lennon, but Spennymoor broke way through Cameron Salkeld on the right, and his low cross was too far for Junior Mondal.
Quakers again got away up the left through Lennon, and his low cross was just too far for Maskell.
Quakers had a half chance when Maskell played the ball back to Max Howells who crossed into the middle for Tom Platt to head wide.
Moors had their first chance on 13 minutes when the ball was played inside for Cameron Salkeld, whose low shot was saved by Jameson
They gained a corner on the right on 18 minutes , but the ball went over everybody.
Moors had a chance on 21 minutes when Corey McKeown played the ball into the box for Rob Ramshaw, who slipped and Jameson was able to gather the ball easily.
And they had another opportunity when McKeown crossed to the far post for Salkeld to volley back into the middle, but Toby Lees blocked Junior Mondal’s close range shot
Quakers replied with a ball through the middle by Barrow for McGowan to turn and hit a left foot shot straight at Jones.
Quakers were denied by a great save by Jones on 31 minutes. There was some good interplay down the left, giving Lennon the space to cross for McGowan to have a header saved one-handed by the Moors keeper.
