Nantwich Town are in second place after winning one out of their two games this week. On Saturday they beat Skelmersdale United, 1-0. Matthew Kosylo scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot two minutes from full-time. However, they missed the chance to close the gap further on Monday, when they lost 3-1 at seventh placed Buxton. Ashley Burbeary and Joel Bembo-Leta put Buxton in control, before a Myles Wright own goal cut the hosts lead in half. Warren Burrell sealed the victory for Buxton with twenty minutes to go.

Salford City moved up to third place after a 2-1 victory at Hyde United. James Poole scored a double, before Shane Killock pulled one back just a minute later. The win leaves the Ammies eight points behind Blyth with three games in hand.

Workington are in fourth, but both of their games this week were postponed.

Ashton United are just a point off the play-offs after victory at struggling Colwyn Bay. Edward Toner gave Ashton the lead just before half-time, with Jason Gorton sealing victory in the second half.

Before victory over Nantwich Town, Buxton also picked up three points away to Matlock Town. Matlock had taken the lead through Craig Nelthorpe, but goals from Liam Hardy and Bradley Barraclough saw Buxton win the game, 2-1.

Stourbridge are up to eighth after back-to-back wins. On Saturday they twice came a goal down to beat Halesowen Town, 3-2. Michael Turner and Kaiman Anderson had put the visitors ahead on two occasions, but goals from Karl Hawley, Daniel Scarr and Leon Broadhurst won the game for Stourbridge. They then followed this up with victory at Rushall Olympic. Malachi Lavell-Moore put Rushall in front, before Brian Smikle and Justin Richards won the game for Stourbridge, 2-1.

Ilkeston dropped to ninth after only picking up one point from a possible six this week. On Saturday they were held to a 1-1 draw at Mickleover Sports. Matthew Baker had given Ilkeston an early lead, but Jake Green earned a share of the spoils for the hosts. On Monday they lost 1-0 at home to Matlock Town, Charlie Dawes scored the only goal of the game in the 40^th minute.

Barwell round out the top ten with a win and a loss this week, a Luke Barlone double helped them to a 2-1 victory at Stamford, Gregory Smith had briefly levelled for the hosts. However, they then fell to a surprise 4-2 defeat at home to Mickleover Sports, only the visitors second win on the road this season. Zephaniah Thomas scored a hat-trick for Mickleover along with a goal from John McGarth. Alex Tomkinson and Owen Story scored the two goals for Barwell.

Halesowen Town are still in the top half of the table despite being held at home by Sutton Coldfield. Sutton twice led through Ryan Edmunds and Iyseden Christie, but Kaiman Anderson scored twice for Halesowen as the game finished 2-2.

Frickley Athletic picked up four points this week and are now in twelfth place in the league. Jacob Hazel scored a hat-trick for the side in a 3-1 victory over Grantham Town, Rhys Lewis scoring for the visitors. Hazel scored again for the side two days later away to Whitby Town, but Michael Roberts earned a 1-1 for the hosts from the penalty spot.

The final game of the week saw Sutton Coldfield defeat Rushall Olympic 2-1. Aaron Forde gave Sutton an early lead, before Luke Benbow levelled from the penalty spot. However, Sutton claimed all the points thanks to Dan O’Callaghan, they now in thirteenth place.

This coming Saturday Darlington host Ilkeston FC who are only five points behind the Quakers. Elsewhere leaders Blyth Spartans travel to Mickleover Sports.
