Darlington travel to Gateshead tonight after their latest pre-season game against York City was postponed on Tuesday.
Martin Gray is expected to field a strong squad, with our next fixture not coming until a week on Saturday when we travel to Harrogate Railway Athletic.
Gateshead's current squad includes former Quakers Jamie Chandler, Rob Ramshaw and recently acquired Sam Russell.
The most famous meeting between the two sides in recent years was the two legged FA Trophy semi-final in 2011. Darlington dramatically came from behind in the first leg at the Arena to win 3-2. The second leg would be a much more nervous affair, as the Quakers held on for a 0-0 draw to book their place at Wembley.
The two sides met in pre-season two years ago, a game which saw captain Gary Brown pick up a serious injury which would see him miss the start of the season.
Kick-off is tonight 19:30
