Long serving supporter passes away
The club is very sad to learn about the passing of long-serving Darlington fan, Graham Hunt.
Graham, who was 66, had been a big Darlington fan for over 45 years, following the club home and away through all the ups and downs. Even when he was on holiday, he followed our games on the radio.
He was a season ticket holder, 500 club member, and a generous financial donor to the club.
Even when he became ill, he was determined to attend home games with his friend David Holbrough, in a borrowed wheelchair as he didn’t have any strength to walk. Unfortunately he was too ill for the last home game so he listened over the radio.
Everyone at the club would like to pass on their sincere condolences to Graham’s family and friends.
