Jamie Holmes' contract cancelled

Darlington FC can confirm today that we have cancelled the contract of striker Jamie Holmes.
Jamie has been very unlucky with injuries, having suffered two cruciate injuries since he signed in the summer of 2019, and the club has agreed with Jamie to cancel his contract by mutual consent. The paperwork has now been completed and accepted by the FA.
Manager Alun Armstrong said; "It's a great shame, because Jamie had a lot of potential."
