Long serving fan passes away
The club is very sad to learn about the passing of long serving fan John Hurworth at the age of 86 after a short illness.
John started watching Quakers in the 1940s, and was a regular at home games throughout his life, sharing all the ups and downs of life at Darlington FC.
He watched home games until January 2024, when he became too ill to attend.
Everyone at the club would like to pass on their sincere condolences to John's family and friends.
