Darlington Football Club is delighted to announce that right-back Kallum Griffiths has committed his future to the club by signing a new one-year contract, subject to FA and league approval.

Kallum first joined us as our inaugural signing during the 2021 summer transfer window and this new deal will see him extend his stay at Blackwell Meadows into a third season. 

Kallum made 23 appearances for the club in the 22/23 season. This new contract makes him the 13th player to confirm their place in the Darlington squad for the upcoming season.

Kallum's calm head on the pitch and professional work ethic have been key to the club's ambitions and we are thrilled to see his journey continue with us.

Manager Alun Armstrong commented: "Kallum was probably playing the best football since he’d been here before his injury which was a massive shame. Hopefully we can get him back to that level on a consistent basis."
