Darlington travel to Tamworth this Saturday looking to make it four wins in a row. In recent weeks the Quakers have been in fantastic form and remain unbeaten in the league away from home -- eight matches.

Last Saturday was a fantastic day for everyone at the club, as huge numbers witnessed us win 4-1 away at Harrogate Town. Goals from Josh Gillies, Mark Beck, Stephen Thompson and David Syers pulled us to within one point of league leaders AFC Fylde.

Manager Martin Gray says that he wants another strong performance from his players -- listen to his interview here:

Tamworth themselves have a good home record winning five of their seven league matches this season at The Lamb Ground, and last week they inflicted the first league defeat of the season on AFC Fylde.

They currently sit in tenth place in the league table four points of the final playoff place, but with at least one game in hand on most of the teams above them.

The two sides met five times during the 2010/11 and 2011/12 seasons. Despite not winning in either of their trips to Tamworth, the Quakers won all three games at the Arena including a 3-2 win in the FA Trophy on our way to lifting the trophy at Wembley.

Since our game last weekend Amar Purewal and Adam Mitchell have both left the club to join Shildon and Spennymoor respectively.

Elsewhere leaders AFC Fylde host struggling Stalybridge Celtic. It is also an exciting weekend for those sides in our division still in the FA Cup as the first round takes place. Among the ties are Blackpool v Kidderminster and Alfreton v Newport County.

Kick off on Saturday afternoon is 3pm, updates on the game will be made from the club's Facebook, Twitter, Mobile App and Website. Live Commentary will be broadcast from Darlo Fans Radio at 2:50pm. The mobile app and Darlo Fans Radio are both kindly sponsored by Tempest Jones.
