New loan signing Nathan Lowe, who is with us until the end of the season, spoke to the official website about his move.

Nathan, who was 26 on Thursday, and is an attacking midfielder, started his career at Burnley, before going on to play for FC United, Southport and Spennymoor before moving to South Shields where he scored a goal on average every five games.

"I'd just like to thank Kevin Phillips, Graham Fenton, Geoff Thompson and Lee Picton for a great time at South Shields and allowing the move to happen," said Nathan.
