The Annual General Meeting of Darlington 1883 Limited will be held at Blackwell Meadows on Friday 10th June, beginning at 7pm.

This meeting is a requirement of the Companies Act, for the purpose of “noting” the
 ast set of accounts, re-appointing directors, and giving the Board the ability to issue
shares in certain limited circumstances. The vote will be taken by “poll” which means
that there will be one vote for each share held.
The accounts to be tabled were provided to shareholders via the Your Club website on
28th January 2022, but a copy can be requested by emailing AGM@darlingtonfc.org.
We do not expect any new information to be provided in relation to the proposed new
ground, although David Johnston will take questions. Unfortunately Alun Armstrong
will not be available on this date.
