Quakers looking for six straight wins in league and Cup

Blyth are the visitors to Blackwell Meadows

Darlington are looking for their sixth straight win in league and cup when Blyth Spartans come to Blackwell Meadows tonight.

Thanks to this run, they’re now up to fifth in the table, and have an away FA Cup tie on Saturday at Hyde United to look forward to.

Striker Mark Beck is on top form, he’s scored eleven league and cup goals this season, and has scored in his last four games.

Here are the thoughts of assistant manager Darren Holloway

League position:   5th (level on points with Kidderminster and Scarborough). Played 9, won 5, drawn 2, lost 2, goals for 15 against 9, points 17

Team news:  Marcus Maddison is still struggling with injury, while Adriano Moke and Jacob Hazel both picked up knocks in the home win over Peterborough Sports last Saturday
