Quakers sign keeper Jake Turner on loan

Bolton youngster signs for the rest of the season

 

Darlington have today signed goalkeeper Jake Turner from Bolton Wanderers on loan for the rest of the season.

Jake, 19, has been part of the first team squad at the Macron Stadium for three seasons, but is yet to make his first team debut.

He has been capped by England Under 18s – keeping a clean sheet on his debut -- and has appeared regularly in Bolton’s Under 23 side. He has been the subject of interest from Manchester United and Everton in the past and is highly rated by Wanderers,
