π₯ Match Preview
Darlo travel away to the Attis Arena to meet second in the league Scunthorpe on Tuesday night.
The Quakers will be in high spirits after the weekend’s home win against King’s Lynn thanks to a wondergoal by Kallum Griffiths to keep the three points at Blackwell Meadows and give Darlo their first-ever win against King’s Lynn at home.
Darlington will play ten games over the next 32 days as the playoff race heats up, and The Quakers will want to gain as many points as possible to help their chances come the end of the season.
The Iron come into this game after a 0-0 draw over the weekend against 19th place Oxford City, and have only lost one game since 24th November.
The Iron have made the Attis Arena quite the fortress this season with only one loss in 17 games in the league, with 34 goals scored, which is the most at home in the league, and 13 conceded, which is the 4th best in the league.
Darlo have been very middling on the road, with five wins, five draws, and five losses, with 15 goals scored and 15 goals conceded.
A positive for Darlo is that in their last five away games, The Quakers have won three and drawn one.
Darlington will hope to end the month of February strong with a win and enter March ready for nine games in quick succession with big implications for the playoff places.
The last time Quakers won at the Attis Arena was 20 years ago, when Alun Armstrong scored the winner in a League Two encounter.

On the 21st February, they announced the loan signing of striker Chris Wreh on an initial one-month loan from Tamworth.
