If you are an existing 500 Club member or a renewing season ticket holder with unchanged details then you should find and use your previous season card which we will re-active for use on the turnstiles next season.

New and updated season ticket holders are to receive a new season card. We have already emailed all eligible season ticket holders with collection & delivery details. Season cards will can be collected from Quaker Retail at the Dolphin Centre between 10am to 1pm from Wednesday Aug 4th to Friday Aug 6th. Alternatively you can collect your card from Blackwell Meadows on Wednesday evening at the friendly against Sunderland U23's. If you don't collect your card it will be posted at the weekend for delivery early the next week. Please note your card contains a special unique code that when tapped on the turnstile reader validates your entry. It’s important that you bring the correct card with you to the game otherwise your entry may be delayed. We’d advise when receiving a new season card that you discard any season cards from previous seasons to avoid confusion.
