Thanks to our virtual mascot!
By Ray Simpson
Happy 65th birthday, Neil!
We'd like to welcome Neil Raper as our virtual mascot for today's game against Hornchurch.
Neil is doing a sterling job in the DFCSG and received the Harvey Madden award last summer for being Volunteer of the Year.
His wife Angela has arranged for Neil to be virtual mascot today on the occasion of his 65th birthday. She writes: "Happy 65th and hopefully family birthday zoom went as planned this morning. Being mascot today will be so different from 25 years ago. Quaker TV can do the job of BBC with Mikky as the new Mike Neville but the hospitality celebrations are on hold until next season. If rule of 6 still applies we could pretend we have just got married. Fingers crossed you are a lucky mascot again and Wembley still beckons otherwise I have a ladder with your name on it."
Everyone at the club would like to wish Neil a happy 65th birthday
