We recorded Monday evening's webinar, and the whole 100 minutes is available to watch here:

We'd like to again thank everyone who joined us on Monday night, and also for the positive feedback. We'll be holding more in the future.
And here are the answers to the outstanding questions when we finished at 8.45:
From Carolyn Liversedge
Harrogate have got covid in their squad so have to miss the next 3 games.
Just wondering how many of our players have been double jabbed and I guess would not have to isolate from 16th August?
Hi Carolyn- Harrogate are not the first and certainly wont be the last. Unfortunately providing personal data as to vaccine status is voluntary (GDPR) and as such we cannot access this information unless freely provided. We have encouraged all players to get double jabbed but this is a personal choice. I do expect however that at some time, we will lose players/staff to covid until herd immunity is reached.
From Dave F:
We have been talking for 5 years about our own ground, is going back to the Arena which gives us a bigger commercial offering totally dead.
Hi Dave – Yes under current ownership, the trust has gone and it is not a long term solution for us. Having our own ground is more important.
Why not try for a large national sponsor like Virgin could we not approach LNER
We had Virgin trains and they withdrew once the contract term ended. We will however continue to pursue sponsorship with other corporates.
Pandemic aside everyone tonight looks a bit fed up and jaded and the season hasn’t even started. Do you all on a personal level have the enthusiasm to take the club forward, that mainly applies to the unpaid individuals.
100% - we have all worked tirelessly through the pandemic to get to this point where we start playing again in front of fans. This is where the fun should start and the hard work pays off….seeing fans back at Blackwell this Saturday will be a welcome sight. It has been tiring considering a lot of the team have other full time roles which again have required extraordinary effort to keep everything moving positively through covid, but it’s our passion to succeed for DFC that keeps everyone focussed on the work ahead.
Are we now getting more than 10% on wet sales as DJ alluded to?
On the new bars (to be introduced as part of the fanzone Chris mentioned) yes we have a revenue share with the rugby club after the operational costs/profit for the provider are covered. This is a fair deal and one all parties are happy with so I encourage all fans to get to the ground earlier and enjoy the atmosphere once we have the new set up in place.
