Women's game postponed Sunday

Darlington FC Women are next in action on Sunday 27th August as they welcome Gateshead Rutherford AFC for their last game of pre season before the league starts on Sunday 3rd September.

The two sides struggled to be separated on 3 separate occasions in the league over the past 2 seasons with 3 score draws, before Rutherford took the 3 points in the last game of the season to claim the first win between the two sides.

The Quaker Women have won 3 of their pre season games against higher opposition but were defeated last time out against a strong Hartlepool side who will be playing two leagues above next season.

Please note that our pre-scheduled game against Darlington Spraire this Sunday 20th August will no longer go ahead with the Quaker Women instead cheering on the Lionesses! Come on England!
